Gaming Convention

As technical coordinator for a large gaming convention welcoming more than 40,000 people through their doors, I coordinated and managed the Technical team, handled to expense tracking, time keeping and production assistant management. I allocated resources, communicated milestones and assisted the Technical Producer in producing a truly memorable event for all attending.

Pharmaceutical Brand Representative Meeting

Working with a boutique digital company, I ran their team’s operations while they provided a large scale digital experience for the education of a Pharmaceutical companies’ Brand Representatives. The installation required 15 staff and over 30 production assistants, for which I organized and documented training, scheduled and managed. I worked directly with our teams Technical Director, and the venue negotiating power, internet and furniture. Beyond all of this, I organized the onsite office, meals and shipping to and from the venue.

Global Business Forum

As registration and credentialing lead for a yearly invitation only Global Business Forum organized by one of the leading philanthropic US billionaires, I worked with the client to create 3 registration websites, accessible by invitation code only, developed and designed event credentials and worked with local support to create said credentials to be distributed before and during the show. Per client request we also created a QR code system which allowed to the minute metrics of who has picked up their credential and what room they are in at any given moment. I’ve been excited to watch the Forum develop as I’ve worked with the amazing team each year.

Hotel Brand Relaunch

In my role as project manager, I worked directly with a top production company to develop and build the registration website, credentials, check in system and various digital activations for the rebrand of a large hotel chain. I lead and managed a team of 8 onsite across a number of different digital installations.
